FAQ for abstract submission


Q:
What is the period for abstract submission?
A: 15th September 2016 – 31th January 2017

Q: What is the registration ID?
A: The registration ID is a number consisting of the word MiCom2017_3-digit number. It will be sent to you with the e-mail confirming the receipt of your registration. You will need it for the abstract submission and we ask you to refer to this ID in all your communication with us.

Q: My talk/poster fits to more than one session. What should I do?
A: Choose the best fitting one. We might offer you a slot in a different session if your topic is more appropriate on it.

Q: Is it possible to apply for both talk and poster with the same abstract?
A: No, but in this case, apply for your personal preference. We might offer a poster presentation to rejected talk applications and vice versa.

Q: What are the guidelines for the abstract?
A: Please use this document: Format and structure of the abstracts for MiCom 2017 as a formatting guide.

Q: What is the maximum number of character for the abstract?
A: A maximum of 2000 characters (with spaces) are allowed.

Q: Is it possible to submit more than one abstract?
A: No.

Q: When will the decisions be made regarding the submitted abstracts?
A: You will be informed whether your abstract was accepted after the abstract submission deadline.
